Although our wash process is designed to be safe and effective, Brightside Car Wash is not responsible for damage to aftermarket accessories, including but not limited to luggage racks, fog lights, mirrors, power antennas, spoilers, wheel well trim, wiper blades, loose chrome, moldings, decals, or other non-factory-installed equipment. Oversized vehicles may not fit through the wash tunnel. Vehicles with loose body panels, existing damage, or non-standard accessories should not enter the wash. Open-bed pickup trucks must have all debris removed prior to entering the wash. Service prices are based on normal vehicle conditions. Excessive pet hair, sand, stains, vomit, bodily fluids, and other conditions requiring additional labor may result in additional charges. Brightside Car Wash does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, pet hair, scratches, or interior/exterior defects. Results may vary based on the condition and age of the vehicle. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for services performed. Customers who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice (no-call/no-show) will forfeit any deposit paid. Memberships may be subject to a 30-day cancellation notice requirement and/or applicable early cancellation fees in accordance with the terms of the selected membership plan.
