By enrolling in the Back-to-School Membership Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• The promotional price of $10 applies to the first month only. After the first month, your membership will automatically renew at the regular monthly rate for the membership plan you selected.
• This promotional offer requires a minimum 90-day membership commitment. By enrolling, you authorize Brightside Car Wash to automatically charge the payment method provided: $10 for the first month; and the regular monthly membership rate for the remainder of the 90-day minimum commitment and each month thereafter.
• The membership cannot be canceled during the initial 90-day commitment period. After the 90-day minimum commitment has been completed, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled in accordance with Brightside Car Wash's standard membership cancellation policy.
• This promotional offer does not apply to Heroes Memberships or Founders Memberships and may not be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon, or discount.
